The optimization software for cutting processes on saws. intelliDivide gives you a choice of optimized cutting patterns in an instant. Depending on requirements, results can be based on reducing waste or focus on the shortest production time or the simplest handling.
The materialManager is also included – for central management of material types and board sizes for the optimization.
Cut optimization for up to 2,500 parts is included, but can be extended for more parts at an additional cost.

DescriptionThe new interface "BormConnect: HOMAG intelliDivide" links the ERP world of BormBusiness with the cutting optimization software "intelliDivide".
At the click of a mouse, the employee simply transfers the parts from the Borm parts list to the "intelliDivide" optimization software. From there, optimization of the cutting patterns for the corresponding job is started directly. After optimization, intelliDivide immediately provides information on the material requirements, or the exact quantity of panel material needed for the job. Thanks to this info from the optimization software, the employee can now order the exact amount of material.
